Abstract

HEALTH POLYTECHNIC MINISTRY OF HEALTH BANDUNG D-III MIDWIFE STUDY PROGRAM BANDUNG FINAL PROJECT, MAY 2022 YULIANA DWI RAHMAWATI P17324119068 COMPREHENSIVE MIDWIFE CARE IN NY. D WITH ENDORPHIN MASSAGE APP IN THE PKM PURWADADI WORK AREA, SUBANG ABSTRACT XV + V CHAPTER + 215 Pages + 6 Images + 6 Attachments Pregnancy and childbirth are natural processes that can turn pathological, so it is necessary to strive for the welfare of mothers and newborns with a focus on comprehensive midwifery care. Complaints that are often found in midwifery care in the last trimester of pregnancy are back pain, endorphin massage is a non-pharmacological treatment that can be applied very easily and effectively. This case study aims to determine midwifery care with the application of endorphin massage to reduce back pain. The type of this final project report is a case study using comprehensive midwifery care management, the subjects of this care are 37 weeks 4 days pregnant women, care provided during pregnancy until postpartum and newborns. The implementation time from April 1 to May 29, 2022 is carried out in the working area of the Purwadadi Subang Health Center. Based on the results of midwifery care carried out during the third trimester of pregnancy, the client is faced with a problem, this problem can be overcome by giving endorphin massage 3 times. No problems and complications were found and there were no gaps between theory and practice during childbirth, postpartum, and newborns. Comprehensive midwifery care with the application of endorphin massage has been carried out, the client gets good care. It is hoped that this innovation can be applied by midwives to help end-trimester pregnant women with complaints of back pain without using drugs.
