Abstract

BANDUNG HEALTH POLYTECHNIC MINISTRY OF HEALTH MIDWIFERY DEPARTMENT DIPLOMA III OF MIDWIFERY STUDY PROGRAM SCIENTIFIC PAPER, 2022 DINA KAMELIA P17324119011 COMPREHENSIVE MIDWIFE CARE OF NY. S IN CIRANJANG HEALTH CENTER WORKING AREA CIANJUR REGENCY PERIOD APRIL TO MAY 2022 ABSTRACT xiii + V chapter + 141 pages + 5 tables + 4 attachments Mothers and children health are one of the priorities in health services in Indonesia. They are including as a vulnerable group therefor; they are in need to get a comprehensive midwifery care. Midwives as health workers can make efforts to improve these services, in order to detect early if complications occur. The purpose of the Final Project Report is to provide comprehensive midwifery care to Mrs. S in the working area of the Ciranjang Public Health Center, Cianjur Regency from April to May 2022. This final report uses the case study method. This care is located at PMB midwife E. The subject of this study based on this case study that was taken 38 weeks, pregnant women, which has been given midwifery care during the pregnancy until the postpartum period. Data collection techniques consist of primary data and secondary data. During the midwifery care, the delivery and postpartum were found to be normal. Hence, we found there was physiological problems such as back pain, and other complaints which has been solved. A comprehensive midwifery care are expected to be provide according with the theory to improve midwifery services to the clients, families and communities.
