Abstract
BANDUNG HEALTH POLYTECHNIC MINISTRY OF HEALTH STUDY PROGRAM D-III MIDWIFERY BANDUNG SCIENTIFIC PAPER, MARCH 2022 DEWI YULIANI P17324119010 COMPREHENSIVE MIDWIFERY CARE OF MRS. Y WITH APPLICATION OF BABY MASSAGE IN THE WORK AREA OF CIKALAPA PUSKESMAS, SUBANG REGENCY IN 2022 ABSTRACT Pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum and newborn are physiological processes experienced by women, but the pathological potential still exists. Not only pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum, babies also need attention, especially their development and growth, this can be done with stimulation. One of the stimulation that can be done is baby massage. Scientifically, baby massage stimulates hormones that regulate appetite, sleep, memory, and facilitate breast milk. The purpose of this final report is to provide comprehensive care with the application of Baby Massage. The method used is a case study conducted from March to April 2022, involving a pregnant woman with a gestational age of 40 weeks who was given comprehensive midwifery care with the application of baby massage. data collection techniques in the form of primary data and secondary data. During pregnancy there are discomforts, namely frequent urination, back pain, feeling heartburn and also anxious about the age of delivery. The delivery process was normal, the first 15 minutes the placenta had not been delivered and then the second oxytocin was given and the problem was resolved. During the postpartum period, the mother has a myth that it is forbidden to take naps and that it is forbidden to eat bananas, then she is given nutritional counseling and rest. Normal newborn care, Early Initiation of Breastfeeding is not carried out for 1 full hour due to the procedure of the practice. The baby's weight decreased on the 3rd day, than do baby massage on day 7 and the baby’s weight increased by 600 grams, the baby's sleep quality increased, suckling was getting stronger so that the mother's milk increased a lot. It is expected that midwives will carry out comprehensive care with the application of baby massage to improve quality midwife services. Keyword : Comprehensive Midwifery Care, baby massage. Tidak hanya kehamilan, persalinan, dan nifas, pada bayi juga perlu mendapat perhatian terutama perkembangan dan pertumbuhannya, hal tersebut bisa dilakukan dengan stimulasi. Salah satu stimulasi yang bisa dilakukan adalah pijat bayi. Secara ilmiah pijat bayi memberi stimulus pada hormon yang mengatur nafsu makan, tidur, ingatan, dan memperlancar Air Susu Ibu. Tujuan dari laporan tugas akhir ini untuk memberikan Asuhan komprehensif dengan penerapan Pijat Bayi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus yang dilakukan sejak bulan Maret hingga April 2022, melibatkan seorang ibu hamil dengan usia kehamilan 40 minggu yang diberi asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif dengan penerapan pijat bayi. teknik pengumpulan data berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Pada masa kehamilan terdapat ketidaknyamanan yaitu sering Buang Air Kecil, nyeri punggung, merasa mulas dan juga cemas dengan usia persalinan. Proses persalinan normal, 15 menit pertama plasenta belum lahir lalu diberikan oksitosin ke-2 dan masalah dapat teratasi. Masa nifas ibu memiliki mitos larangan tidur siang dan larangan mengkonsumsi pisang kemudian diberikan konseling nutrisi dan istirahat. Asuhan bayi baru lahir normal, Inisiasi Menyusui Dini tidak dilakukan 1 jam penuh karena prosedur tempat praktik. Berat badan bayi menurun pada hari ke-3, lalu dilakukan pijat bayi di hari ke-7 dan berat badan bayi bertambah 600 gram, kualitas tidur bayi meningkat, menyusu semakin kuat hingga Air Susu Ibu bertambah banyak. Diharapkan bidan melakukan asuhan komprehensif dengan penerapan pijat bayi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan bidan yang berkualitas. Kata Kunci : Asuhan Kebidanan Komprehensif, pijat bayi.
