Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Bandung Jurusan Keperawatan Bandung Program Studi Diploma III Keperawatan Bandung, Juni 2021 Raihanah Balqis Indragiri. P17320118029 GAMBARAN PENGETAHUAN KELUARGA TENTANG PERAWATAN OSTEOARTHRITIS (LITERATURE REVIEW) ABSTRAK x ; 5 bab ; 103 halaman ; 2 bagan ; 3 tabel ; 4 lampiran Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh keluarga yang memiliki 5 tugas keluarga dalam bidang kesehatan. Hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi percepatan terjadinya osteoarthritis yang berdampak pada kondisi kesehatan keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan keluarga tentang perawatan osteoarthritis. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif, dengan desain penelitian literature review, yaitu dengan merujuk pada metodologi penelitian atau riset yang terkait pada fokus topik tertentu. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, artikel hasil penelitian dalam jurnal yang dicari melalui situs pencarian google scholar. Kata kunci yang digunakan dalam mencari hasil-hasil yang akan direview adalah gambaran pengetahuan keluarga dan perawatan osteoarthritis, dengan menggunakan jurnal yang sesuai melalui analisis tujuan, kesesuaian topik, kriteria penelitian, serta hasil dari setiap artikel. Terdapat hasil bahwa pengetahuan tentang perawatan osteoarthritis yang baik sebanyak 13,72% - 80,7% , pengetahuan tentang perawatan osteoarthritis yang cukup sebanyak 27% - 55,3%, dan pengetahuan tentang perawatan osteoarthritis yang kurang sebanyak 41,18% - 84,8%. Direkomendasikan pada perawat yang bekerja di tatanan komunitas dapat melakukan intervensi keperawatan melalui promosi kesehatan mengenai 5 tugas keluarga dalam bidang kesehatan. This can affect the acceleration of the occurrence of osteoarthritis which has an impact on the health condition of the family. The purpose of this study was to describe the family's knowledge about osteoarthritis treatment. The type of research used is descriptive research, with a literature review research design, namely by referring to the research methodology or research related to the focus of a particular topic. The data used in this study are secondary data, articles from research results in journals searched through the Google Scholar search site. The keywords used in finding the results to be reviewed are a description of family knowledge and osteoarthritis care, using appropriate journals through analysis of objectives, topic suitability, research criteria, and the results of each article. There are results that good knowledge about osteoarthritis treatment is 13.72% - 80.7%, sufficient knowledge about osteoarthritis treatment is 27% - 55.3%, and knowledge about osteoarthritis treatment is less as much as 41.18% - 84.8 %. It is recommended that nurses who work in community settings can carry out nursing interventions through health promotion regarding 5 family tasks in the health sector.
