Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Bandung Jurusan Keperawatan Bandung Program Studi Keperawatan Bandung Bandung, 2 Juni 2022 Tania Putri Adiguna, P17320119040 TINDAKAN TERAPI SPIRITUAL ASMAUL HUSNA UNTUK MENURUNKAN TINGKAT STRES PADA KLIEN DI PANTI SOSIAL TRESNA WREDHA BUDI PERTIWI KOTA BANDUNG TAHUN 2022 ABSTRAK X, (129) Hal., (5) Bab., (1) Bagan., (14) Tabel., (11) Lampiran Studi kasus ini dilatar belakangi oleh tingkat stres yang menjadi penyebab timbulnya penyakit pada lansia. Angka kejadian di Panti Sosial Tresna Wredha Budi Pertiwi kota Bandung terdapat 4 orang lansia masuk kategori stres ringan berdasarkan observasi menggunakan Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS 14). Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tindakan terapi spiritual asmaul husna untuk menurunkan tingkat stres pada klien hipertensi di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Budi Pertiwi Kota Bandung Tahun 2022. Metode studi kasus yang dipergunakan adalah metode studi kasus pendekatan Asuhan Keperawatan dengan 2 klien yang mengalami stres ringan atau sedang. Hasil studi kasus menunjukkan bahwa terapi asmaul husna dapat menurunkan tingkat stres selama 7 hari diberi tindakan terapi spiritual asmaul husna. Tingkat stres pada klien 1 skor 6 (normal) dan klien 2 skor 2 (normal). Klien mengalami penurunan tingkat stres setelah diberikan tindakan terapi spiritual asmaul husna. Disarankan kepada petugas panti untuk melakukan tindakan terapi asmaul husna kepada pasien yang mengalami stres ringan agar stres dapat terkontrol. The incidence rate at the Tresna Wredha Budi Pertiwi Social Home in Bandung is that there are 4 elderly people in the mild stress category based on observations using the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS 14). This case study aims to determine the action of Asmaul Husna's spiritual therapy to reduce stress levels in hypertensive clients at the Tresna Werdha Budi Pertiwi Social Home in Bandung City in 2022. The case study method used is a case study method with a Nursing Care approach with 2 clients who experience mild or moderate stress. currently. The results of the case study show that Asmaul Husna therapy can reduce stress levels for 7 days given the Asmaul Husna spiritual therapy action. The stress level on client 1 scores 6 (normal) and client 2 scores 2 (normal). The client experienced a decrease in stress levels after being given the spiritual healing action of Asmaul Husna. It is recommended for the nursing home staff to take asmaul husna therapy for the elderly who experience mild stress so that stress can be controlled.
