Abstract

Imunisasi lanjutan sangat penting dan perlu dilakukan untuk anak balita. Imunisasi lanjutan merupakan pengulangan imunisasi dasar untuk mempertahankan tingkat kekebalan dan untuk memperpanjang masa perlindungan anak yang sudah mendapatkan imunisasi dasar. Namun, saat ini program imunisasi lanjutan belum mencapai target Bulan Imunisasi Anak Nasional (BIAN). Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan ibu. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan ibu dengan kelengkapan imunisasi lanjutan pada balita. Peneliti menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan teknik sampling yaitu accidental sampling. Sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 91 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan yakni kuesioner pengetahuan ibu dan observasi kelengkapan imunisasi pada buku KIA. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan uji Rank-Spearman. Hasil analisis penelitian ini diperoleh pvalue 0,000 dengan keputusan H0 ditolak yang berarti terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu dengan kelengkapan imunisasi lanjutan pada balita di Puskesmas Tamblong Kota Bandung. Ibu yang memiliki balita diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan terhadap pemberian imunisasi lanjutan secara lengkap kepada balita.

Advanced Immunization are very important for toddlers. This level of immunization take role as a next step and complete the basic immunization making sure that toddlers are immuned enough and make longthen protection that obtained by taking the basic immunization. However,this type of immunization has not reach the goals of BIAN. Due to lack of mother knowledge about this immunization. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the relationship between mothers’ knowledge and the completeness of advanced immunization in toddlers. The researcher uses a cross-sectional research design with an accidental sampling technique. The sample studied was 91 people. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire on maternal knowledge and observation of the completeness of immunization in the KIA book. This research is analyzed using the Spearman Rank test. The results of the analysis of this study obtained a pvalue 0.000 with the decision H0 rejected, which means that there is a relationship between mothers’ knowledge and the completeness of advanced immunization in toddlers at Tamblong Health Center, Bandung City. Mothers who have toddlers are expected to be able to increase knowledge of the provision of complete follow-up immunization to toddlers.
