Perkembangan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan telah membawa kehidupan pada era society 5.0 dimana teknologi sudah menjadi bagian hidup manusia. Diabetes melitus (DM) merupakan penyakit metabolisme kronik yang prevalensinya terus meningkat setiap tahun sehingga pemanfaatan teknologi penting dalam proses pencegahan dan pengelolaannya. Aplikasi Le-Diabet merupakan aplikasi baru dengan pendekatan 5 pilar pencegahan dan pengelolaan diabetes sehingga perlu diuji kesiapannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan aplikasi Le-Diabet pada penderita DM. Desain penelitian adalah deskriptif analitik. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling pada 82 sampel. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Technology Acceptance Models (TAM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesiapan aplikasi Le-Diabet pada kategori baik dengan nilai rata-rata 4,14. Persepsi kemudahan sebagian besar baik (52%), persepsi kegunaan sebagian besar baik (59%), minat penggunaan sebagian besar baik (60%), sikap terhadap penggunaan sebagian besar baik (54%), dan penggunaan yang sesungguhnya sebagian besar baik (76%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diharapkan aplikasi Le-Diabet dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alat e-monitoring dan edukasi bagi penderita DM serta adanya promosi berkelanjutan tentang bagaimana cara menggunakan aplikasi tersebut.

DESCRIPTION OF READINESS LEVEL OF LE-DIABET APPLICATION IN PATIENTS WITH DIABETES MELITUS AT PUSKESMAS CISURUPAN KABUPATEN GARUT

Development of technology and science have brought life to era society 5.0 where technology has become a part of human life. Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic metabolic disease whose prevalence continues to increase every year, so the use of technology is important for the prevention and management process. Le-Diabet application is a new application with five pillars in preventing and treating diabetes, so its readiness needs to be tested. This study aims to determine the level of readiness of Le-Diabet in patients with DM. The research design used descriptive analytics. The sampling technique was a purposive sampling of 82 samples. The measuring tool used was the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The research shows that the level of readiness of the Le-Diabet application is in the good category with an average value of 4.14. Perceived ease of use is mostly good (52%), perceived usefulness is mostly good (59%), intention to use is mostly good (60%), attitude towards behavior is mostly good (54%), and actual to use is mostly good (76 %). Based on the research results, it is hoped that the Le-Diabet application can be used as an e-monitoring and education tool for DM sufferers and ongoing promotions about how to use the application.
