Abstract

XVI, 81 pages, 5 Chapters, 1 chart, 3 Tables, 1 Figure, 6 appendices Background: World Health Organization 5.5 million deaths occur due to stroke. About 70% stroke and 87%. In Indonesia Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke with a percentage of 85-87%. Purpose: To find out an overview of nursing care for Mr. M aged 63 years with disorders of the nervous system: due to ischemic stroke with disorders Risk of falling in the flamboyant room at the Bandung city hospital. Case study method: Aims to describe the problem of Fall Risk in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients. Results of the case study: From these results it can be concluded that the act of identifying risk factors for falling and recommending concentrating on balance to maintain the body can reduce the risk factors for falling risk. Even though the patient had a morse fall scale score on day 4 of 20 (low risk) and rom therapy was carried out, the result was left 4 right 5 muscle strength.
