P1732020072 ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PASIEN TUBERKULOSIS PARU DENGAN GANGGUAN KEBUTUHAN PEMENUHAN OKSIGENASI DI RSUD AL-IHSAN BANDUNG 2023 ABSTRAK Pulmonary tuberculosis as many as 10 million people worldwide. Among them there are 5.6 million men, 3.3 million women, and 1.1 million children. Pulmonary tuberculosis occurs in all countries and occurs in all age groups. The aim of the study is to describe nursing care for pulmonary tuberculosis patients with oxygenation needs fulfillment problems. This scientific paper uses a descriptive case study design to describe comprehensive nursing care for one patient. The approach used is nursing care which includes assessment, enforcement of nursing diagnoses, interventions, implementation and evaluation. the results of this case study prior to carrying out comprehensive nursing care showed RR: 31x/minute, N: 112x/minute, S 37C, Spo2: 87% BP: 120/74 patient shortness of breath accompanied by coughing up phlegm with yellow phlegm, nostril breathing, there are respiratory auxiliary muscles, the patient's chest shape is asymmetrical. after nursing care, there was an increase in RR 28x/minute, Spo2: 90%, N: 117x/minute, S: 37C, BP: 104/78, still coughing up phlegm, still shortness of breath, decreased nostril breathing, no more respiratory assisting muscles , based on the results of this case study, interventions in comprehensive nursing care can be carried out by taking into account the conditions and growth and development of conditions in patients.
