U DENGAN GANGGUAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAPAS AKIBAT BRONKOPNEUMONIA DI RUANG FLAMBOYAN RSUD KOTA BANDUNG ABSTRAK 70 hal, 5 bab, 6 tabel, 6 lampiran Studi kasus ini di latarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya angka kejadian bronkopneumonia baik di tingkat nasional maupun daerah. Angka kejadian kasus bronkopneumonia menempati peringkat pertama dalam 10 besar kasus terbanyak rawat inap di RSUD Kota Bandung, dari tahun 2021 hingga 2022 mencapai 1.090 kasus. Bronkopneumonia adalah salah satu jenis pneumonia, yaitu infeksi akut yang mengenai jaringan paru-paru (alveolus dan bronkiolus) yang dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai mikroorganisme seperti virus, jamur, atau bakteri. Dampaknya, bronkopneumonia ini dapat menyebabkan inflamasi pada bronkus yang ditandai dengan adanya penumpukan sekret, apabila sekret tidak dapat dikeluarkan dapat menyebabkan masalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif. Latihan batuk efektif dan fisioterapi dada dapat membantu mengatasi bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif. Tujuan dilakukannya studi kasus ini adalah untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien gangguan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif akibat bronkopneumonia di RSUD Kota Bandung 2023. Metode yang digunakan pada studi kasus ini adalah deskriptif yaitu dengan pendekatan proses keperawatan. Subjek pada studi kasus ini yaitu pasien dengan diagnosa medis bronkopneumonia dan fokus studi kasus yaitu pasien dengan gangguan bersihan jalan napas akibat bronkopneumonia. Hasil studi kasus menunjukan dengan penerapan tindakan latihan batuk efektif dan fisioterapi dada 2x/hari selama 5 hari perawatan, menunjukan adanya keberhasilan dalam mengatasi bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif akibat bronkopneumonia. Rekomendasi perawat memberikan informasi lebih lanjut terkait dampak yang timbul khususnya gangguan bersihan jalan napas akibat bronkopneumonia dan cara pengobatan hingga rehabilitasi. P17320119052 NURSING CARE OF PATIENTS TN.U WITH AIRWAY CLEANING DISORDERS DUE TO BRONCHOPNEUMONIA IN THE FLAMBOYAN ROOM OF BANDUNG CITY HOSPITAL ABSTRACT 70 pages, 5 chapters, 6 tables, 6 appendices This case study is motivated by the increasing incidence of bronchopneumonia both at the national and regional levels. The incidence of bronchopneumonia cases ranks first in the top 10 most inpatient cases at Bandung City Hospital, from 2021 to 2022 reaching 1,090 cases. Bronchopneumonia is a type of pneumonia, which is an acute infection of the lung tissue (alveoli and bronchioles) which can be caused by various microorganisms such as viruses, fungi or bacteria. As a result, this bronchopneumonia can cause inflammation of the bronchi which is characterized by a buildup of secretions, if the secretions cannot be removed it can cause problems with ineffective airway clearance. Effective coughing exercises and chest physiotherapy can help clear an ineffective airway. The purpose of conducting this case study is to provide nursing care to patients with ineffective airway clearance due to bronchopneumonia at Bandung City Hospital in 2023. The method used in this case study is descriptive, namely the nursing process approach. Subjects in this case study were patients with a medical diagnosis of bronchopneumonia and the focus of the case study was patients with impaired airway clearance due to bronchopneumonia. The results of the case study showed that performing effective coughing exercises and chest physiotherapy 2x/day for 5 days of treatment showed success in overcoming ineffective airway clearance due to bronchopneumonia. Nurse recommendations provide further information about the impacts that arise, especially disruption of airway clearance due to bronchopneumonia and how to handle it to rehabilitation.
