Abstract

POLITEKNIK KESEHATAN KEMENTRIAN KESEHATAN BANDUNG PROGRAM STUDI D-III KEBIDANAN BANDUNG TUGAS AKHIR, MEI 2022 IQLIMA FAUZIAH P17324119020 ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA NY. R DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN BIRTH BALL DI WILAYAH KERJA KABUPATEN SUBANG TAHUN 2022 ABSTRAK xiii+ V Bab+ 209 Halaman + 6 Tabel+ 7 Lampiran Proses persalinan identik dengan rasa nyeri yang akan dijalani. Rasa takut dan rasa nyeri merupakan masalah bagi ibu bersalin. Jika tidak diatasi berdampak pada terhambatnya kemajuan persalinan. Beberapa upaya fisiologis yang dapat dilakukan salah satunya pelvic rocking dengan birthing ball salah satu metode yang membantu merespon rasa sakit dengan cara aktif dan mengurangi lama persalinan. Laporan tugas akhir ini merupakan studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk menerapkan asuhan kebidanan komprehensif pada kehamilan dengan menggunakan Birthball mulai dari akhir trimester III sampai dengan kala I Persalinan . Pemberian asuhan dilakukan dari bulan Maret sampai dengan April 2022 berlokasi di Kabupaten Subang, dengan melibatkan ibu hamil G1P0A0 gravida 39 minggu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan data primer. Selama diberikan asuhan tidak terdapat masalah serius yang diderita oleh ibu. Namun terdapat kesenjangan taksiran usia kehamilan antara hasil USG dengan HPHT ibu. Metode birth ball berhasil diterapkan pada ibuserta efektif mengurangi nyeri. Pada masa nifas dan bayi baru lahir tidak terdapat keluhan dan kesenjangan terhadap permasalahan yang terjadi dengan teori. Bidan harus berperan aktif dalam mengurangi nyeri persalinan melalui berbagai metode relaksasi seperti Birth ball yang efektif dalam mengurangi nyeri persalinan dan memberikan pengalaman positif ibu selama melahirkan. A lot of women fear of the pain thus will effect the birth process some of the physiological application to reduce birth time and pain and is pelvic rocking using birthing ball. This final report was a study case which aims to apply the comprehensive midwifery care in pregnancy using the birth ball from 3rd trimester of pregnancy until the first stage of labor. The care was provided form March to April 2022 in the Subang District. The subject was 39th weeks G1POAO, and the data collected primary. No issues were identified during the care, but we have found a gap on the pregnancy age between the USG results with the last menstrual period. The birth ball method was effectively reducing birth pain. In the postpartum period, there were no gap or problems found . Midwives should perform an active role to reduce labor pain using a variety of relaxation methods to ensure a positive birth experience for the mother.
