P17320119059 PENERAPAN MOBILISASI DINI UNTUK MENURUNKAN INTENSITAS NYERI PADA IBU POST OPERASI SECTIO CAESAREA (SC) DI RUANG NIFAS RSUD KOTA BANDUNG ABSTRAK V, 93 hal, 5 bab, 12 tabel, 2 grafik, 7 lampiran Persalinan sectio caesarea merupakan persalinan buatan untuk mengeluarkan bayi melalui sayatan pada dinding perut dan dinding rahim. Hasil studi kasus di RSUD Kota Bandung terjadi peningkatan kasus SC setiap bulannya pada tahun 2021-2022. Dalam proses persalinan sectio caesarea dilakukan tindakan pembedahan dengan membuat sayatan di dinding perut dan dinding rahim, salah satu yang akan dirasakan pasien adalah nyeri post operasi. Salah satu tindakan utnuk mengatasi nyeri tersebut adalah dengan mobilisasi dini. Studi kasus ini menggunakan rancangan studi kasus deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan penerapan mobilisasi dini untuk menurunkan intensitas nyeri pada Ibu post operasi sectio caesarea (SC) di Ruang Nifas RSUD Kota Bandung. Pengumpulan data studi kasus menggunakan lembar wawancara, lembar observasi, dan lembar pemeriksaan fisik. Hasil studi kasus ini menunjukkan sebelum diberikan tindakan mobilisasi dini kedua klien mengeluh nyeri dengan skala 5 (0-10) atau dalam kategori sedang dan setelah diberikan tindakan mobilisasi dini nyeri selama 3 hari terjadi penurunan skala nyeri menjadi 3 (0-10) pada klien 1 dan skala 2 (0-10) pada klien 2 yang berarti nyeri ringan. Diharapkan studi kasus ini dapat menjadi rujukan bagi peneliti selanjutnya dan dapat meneliti lebih lanjut terkait hal yang sama dengan waktu yang berbeda, tempat yang berbeda ataupun subjek yang lebih banyak sehingga dapat memperoleh hasil yang lebih baik. P17320119059 IMPLEMENTATION OF EARLY MOBILIZATION TO DECREASE PAIN INTENSITY ON POST SECTIO CAESARIAN (SC) SURGERY PATIENT IN POST NATAL ROOM RSUD KOTA BANDUNG ABSTRACT V, 155 pages, 5 chapters, 12 tables, 2 charts, 7 appendices Sectio caesarean delivery is an artificial delivery to remove the baby through incisions on the abdominal wall and uterine wall. The results of a case study at Bandung City RSUD have been increasing in SC cases every month in 2021-2022. In the delivery process of sectio caesarea performed surgical action by making incisions in the abdominal wall and uterine wall, one that the patient will feel is postoperative pain. One act of utnuk overcoming such pain is by early mobilization. This case study uses a descriptive case study design aimed at describing the application of early mobilization to lower pain intensity in Mother post sectio caesarea (SC) surgery in the Nifas Room of Bandung City RSUD. Collection of case study data using interview sheets, observation sheets, and physical examination sheets. The results of this case study showed before being given early mobilization actions both clients complained of pain with a scale of 5 (0-10) or in moderate categories and after being given early mobilization actions of pain for 3 days there was a decrease in pain scale to 3 (0-10) in client 1 and a scale of 2 (0-10) in client 2 meaning mild pain. It is hoped that this case study can serve as a reference for subsequent researchers and can further research related to the same thing with different times, different places or more subjects so that it can obtain better results.
