P17320119007 ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN PPOK DENGAN PENERAPAN FISIOTERAPI DADA UNTUK PENINGKATAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAPAS DI RS PARU DR. H. A. ROTINSULU KOTA BANDUNG 2022 ABSTRAK XVI, 74 hal, 5 BAB, 1 bagan, 4 grafik, 5 tabel, 18 lampiran Studi kasus ini dilatarbelakangi oleh angka kejadian PPOK di Indonesia sebanyak 4,5%. Pada umur ≥30 tahun sebesar 508.330, pada laki-laki sebanyak 242.256 dan pada perempuan penderita PPOK sebanyak 266.074. Angka Kejadian PPOK di Rawat Jalan RS Paru Dr. H. A. Rotinsulu Bandung cukup tinggi dalam 4 bulan terakhir dari bulan januari-Mei sebanyak 2.457 pasien. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien PPOK yang mengalami bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif dengan tindakan fisioterapi dada di RS Paru Dr. H. A Rotinsulu Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus dalam bentuk deskriptif. Studi kasus dilaksanakan selama 5 hari pada tanggal 18- 24 Mei 2022. Hasil studi kasus ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan bersihan jalan napas pada pasien pertama setelah 3 hari penerapan tindakan fisioterapi dada sedangkan pada pasien kedua menunjukan adanya peningkatan bersihan jalan napas setelah 2 hari penerapan tindakan fisioterapi dada. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan fisioterapi dada mampu meningkatkan bersihan jalan napas pada pasien PPOK. Disarankan pasien dibantu keluarga dapat melakukan tindakan fisioterapi dada secara rutin dan mandiri untuk meningkatkan bersihan jalan napas pasien; kebiasaan minum air hangat sebelum tindakan fisioterapi dada dipertahankan. Bagi penulis selanjutnya diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai data pembanding dalam penerapan asuhan keperawatan yang lainnya. P17320119007 NURSING CARE IN COPD PATIENTS WITH THE APPLICATION OF CHEST PHYSIOTHERAPY FOR INCREASING AIRWAY CLEANLINESS IN LUNG HOSPITAL DR. H. A. ROTINSULU BANDUNG CITY 2022 ABSTRACT XVI, 74 pages, 5 chapters, 1 chart, 4 charts, 5 tables, 18 appendices This case study is motivated by the incidence of COPD in Indonesia as much as 4.5%. At the age of 30 years it was 508,330, in men as many as 242,256 and in women with COPD as many as 266,074. The incidence of COPD in the Outpatient Pulmonary Hospital Dr. H. A. Rotinsulu Bandung was quite high in the last 4 months from January to May as many as 2,457 patients. This case study aims to provide nursing care to COPD patients who experience ineffective airway clearance with chest physiotherapy measures at Dr. Lung Hospital. H. A Rotinsulu Bandung. The research method used is a case study in descriptive form. The case study was carried out for 5 days on 18-24 May 2022. The results of this case study showed an increase in airway clearance in the first patient after 3 days of applying chest physiotherapy, while the second patient showed an increase in airway clearance after 2 days of applying physiotherapy. chest. So it can be concluded that the application of chest physiotherapy can improve airway clearance in COPD patients. It is recommended that patients assisted by their families can perform chest physiotherapy actions routinely and independently to improve the patient's airway clearance; the habit of drinking warm water before chest physiotherapy is maintained. For further authors, it is hoped that it can be used as comparative data in the application of other nursing care.
