P17320119009 PENERAPAN TINDAKAN TEKNIK PURSED LIPS BREATHING TERHADAP PERUBAHAN FREKUENSI NAFAS PADA PASIEN GANGGUAN SISTEM PERNAFASAN AKIBAT TUBERCULOSIS PARU DI RUANG RAWAT INAP PENYAKIT DALAM RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH KOTA BANDUNG TAHUN 2022 ABSTRAK (vi + V BAB + 111 Halaman + 11 Tabel + 2 bagan + 14 Lampiran + 6 gambar) Tuberculosis merupakan penyakit menular yang eksistensi nya masih tinggi di Indonesia, menurut WHO Indonesia menjadi negara dengan insidensi kasus TB tertinggi ke 2 setelah India. Tuberculosis juga terdapat pada seluruh provinsi di Indonesia dan Jawa barat menduduki peringkat ke 2 tertinggi kasus TB dengan insidensi kasus 95.000 kematian akibat TB, pada RSUD Kota Bandung sepanjang tahun 2021 jumlah pasien tuberculosis sebanyak 1877. Studi kasus ini dilakukan untuk meringankan keluhan sesak nafas yang salah satunya merupakan keluhan respiratorik pada pasien yang mengalami tuberculosis dengan melakukan penerapan tindakan pursed lip breathing terhadap perubahan frekuensi nafas pasien dalam pendekatan asuhan keperawatan. Dalam implementasi tindakan pursed lip breathing, subyek studi kasus ini adalah 2 pasien tuberculosis paru yang dirawat di RSUD Kota Bandung. Total keseluruhan rata – rata nilai pre intervensi selama 3 hari pada Tn. D adalah 22x/menit dan total keseluruhan rata – rata nilai post intervensi selama 3 hari adalah 19x/menit. Pada Tn. S total keseluruhan rata – rata nilai pre intervensi selama 3 hari adalah 29x/menit dan total keseluruhan rata – rata nilai post intervensi selama 3 hari adalah 24x/menit. Dapat disimpulkan adanya penurunan frekuensi nafas kearah normal setelah diberikan tindakan pursed lip breathing pada Tn. D sedangkan pada Tn. S frekuensi nafas belum normal namun terdapat penurunan. Penulis berharap hasil dari studi kasus ini dapat dijadikan referensi mengatasi sesak nafas dan dapat diimplementasikan pada praktek asuhan keperawatan pasien dengan tuberculosis. Penulis berharap SOP tindakan pursed lip breathing ini dapat dibuat secara terpisah di RSUD Kota Bandung. P17320119009 IMPLEMENTATION OF PURSED LIPS BREATHING TECHNIQUE TOWARDS CHANGES IN BREATH FREQUENCY OF RESPIRATORY SYSTEM DISORDERS DUE TO PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS AT INPATIENT ROOM RSUD KOTA BANDUNG 2022 ABSTRACT (vii + V Chapters + 109 Pages + 11 Tables + 2 charts + 14 Appendices + 6 pictures) Tuberculosis is an infectious disease whose existence is still crucial in Indonesia, according to WHO, Indonesia is the country with the 2nd highest incidence of TB cases after India. Tuberculosis is also found in all provinces in Indonesia and West Java is ranked the 2nd highest TB case with a case incidence of 95,000 deaths due to TB, at Bandung City Hospital throughout 2021 the number of tuberculosis patients was 1877. This case study was conducted to relieve complaints of shortness of breath incorrectly. the other is a respiratory complaint in patients with tuberculosis by applying pursed lip breathing to changes in the patient's breathing frequency in the nursing care approach. In the implementation of pursed lip breathing, the subjects of this case study were 2 pulmonary tuberculosis patients who were treated at the Bandung City Hospital. The total average of the pre-intervention values for 3 days at Mr. D is 22x/minute and the total average post-intervention score for 3 days is 19x/minute. On Mr. S the total average score for the pre-intervention for 3 days was 29x/minute and the total overall average score for the post-intervention for 3 days was 24x/minute. It can be concluded that there is a decrease in the frequency of breathing towards normal after being given pursed lip breathing on Mr. D while at Mr. S respiratory rate is not normal but there is a decrease. The author hopes that the results of this case study can be used as a reference to overcome shortness of breath and can be implemented in the practice of nursing care for patients with tuberculosis. The author hopes that the SOP for pursed lip breathing can be made separately at the Bandung City Hospital.
