Abstract

POLITEKNIK KESEHATAN KEMENTRIAN KESEHATAN BANDUNG PROGRAM STUDI D-III KEBIDANAN BANDUNG TUGAS AKHIR, JUNI 2021 PUTRI NABILA NOVIANTY P17324118059 ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA NY. D G2P1A0 DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKEMAS CILAKU KABUPATEN CIANJUR 2021 ABSTRAK IX + V BAB + 149 Halaman + 8 Tabel + 3 Gambar + 4 Lampiran Bidan memiliki peran penting dalam peningkatan status kesehatan ibu dan anak dengan melakukan asuhan kebidanan komprehensif (continuity of care). Tujuan dari Laporan Tugas Akhir ini yaitu untuk menerapkan asuhan kebidanan komprehensif dari mulai kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, dan neonatus. Penulisan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini dalam bentuk studi kasus yang dilakukan dari bulan April hingga Juni 2021 di wilayah Kabupaten Cainjur. Subjek dari asuhan ini yaitu Ny. D usia 28 tahun multigravida dengan usia kehamilan 39 minggu 4 hari hingga 42 hari masa nifas, dan bayi Ny. D sejak lahir hingga usia 26 hari. Teknik pengumpulan data di dapat dari data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh saat kehamilan trimester III terdapat masalah sering BAK pada malam hari sehingga mengganggu istirahat yang diberikan konseling ketidaknyamanan trimester III dan cara mengatasi sering BAK pada malam hari. Selama kehamilan kebutuhan ibu akan standar pemeriksaan 14T tidak terpenuhi yaitu tidak dilakukannya pemeriksaan laboratorium pada saat trimester III. Saat persalinan berjalan normal tanpa komplikasi. Bayi lahir spontan, menangis kuat, tonus otot aktif, dengan BB 3900 gr dan PB 50 cm. Saat masa nifas tidak terdapat komplikasi apapun dan konseling KB pasca persalinan ibu memilih metode KB Suntik 3 Bulan. Asuhan kebidanan komprehensif telah diberikan dan masalah fisiologis dapat teratasi, dengan melaksanakan asuhan kebidanan komprehensif diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan yang berkualitas. D G2P1A0 IN THE WORKING AREA OF PUSKESMAS CILAKU, CIANJUR REGENCY 2021 ABSTRACT IX + V CHAPTER + 149 Pages + 8 Tables + 3 Charts + 4 Attachment Midwives have an important role in improving the health status of mothers and children by carrying out comprehensive midwifery care (continuity of care). The purpose of this final report is to implement comprehensive midwifery care from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and neonates. The writing of this Final Project Report is in the form of a case study conducted from April to June 2021 in the Cainjur Regency area. The subject of this care is Mrs. D, 28 years old, multigravida with 39 weeks of gestation, 4 days to 42 days of puerperium, and Mrs. D from birth to 26 days of age. Data collection techniques can be obtained from primary and secondary data. The results of this study were obtained during the third trimester of pregnancy, there was a problem with frequent urination at night so that it interfered with the rest given the third trimester discomfort counseling and how to overcome frequent urination at night. During pregnancy, the mother's need for standard 14T examination is not met, namely no laboratory examination is carried out during the third trimester. The delivery went normally without any complications. The baby was born spontaneously, cried loudly, had active muscle tone, with a weight of 3900 grams and a weight of 50 cm. During the puerperium there were no complications and postnatal family planning counseling the mother chose the 3-month injection method of family planning. Comprehensive midwifery care has been provided and physiological problems can be overcome, by implementing comprehensive midwifery care is expected to improve quality services.
