Abstract

ABSTRAK: Mobilisasi merupakan intervensi keperawatan yang penting dilakukan pada pasien pasca bedah. Mobilisasi memiliki manfaat mempercepat pemulihan dan penyembuhan luka pasca bedah. Self-efficacy yang tinggi pada pasien untuk melakukan mobilisasi dini pasca operasi sangat diperlukan mengingat banyaknya hambatan mobilisasi pada pasien pasca bedah. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui bagaimana gambaran self efficacy mobilisasi pasien pasca bedah. Desain penelitian adalah studi deskriptif, dengan sampel 75 pasien yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Variabel yang diukur dalam penelitian ini adalah variable self-efficacy mobilisasi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Instrumen self-efficacy mobilisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hanya sebagian kecil (17,3%) pasien pasca bedah yang memiliki self efficacy tinggi. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan tentang factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dan intervensi keperawatan yang tepat untuk meningkatkan self efficacy mobilisasi pasien. Kata Kunci : Self-efficacy, mobilisasi, Pasca bedah ABSTRACT: Mobilization is a nursing intervention that is important for postoperative patients. Mobilization has the benefit of accelerating postoperative recovery and healing. High self-efficacy in patients for early postoperative mobilization is very necessary because of the many obstacles to mobilization in postoperative patients. The purpose is to describe the self efficacy of postoperative patient mobilization. The study design was a descriptive study, with a sample of 75 patients taken by purposive sampling. The variable measured in this study is the mobilization self-efficacy variable. The instrument used is an instrument of mobilization self-efficacy. The results showed that only a small proportion (17%) of postoperative patients had high self efficacy. Further research is needed on the influencing factors and appropriate nursing interventions to improve the self efficacy of patient mobilization. Keywords: Self-efficacy, mobilization, Postoperative
