Abstract

POLITEKNIK KESEHATAN BANDUNG PROGRAM STUDI KEBIDANAN BOGOR LAPORAN TUGAS AKHIR, MEI 2020 Karen Nur Amami NIM: P17324217031 Asuhan Kebidanan Komprehensif Pada Ny. L 24 Tahun Di Praktik Mandiri Bidan A Kabupaten Bogor VI BAB, 107 halaman, 10 lampiran, 3 tabel ABSTRAK Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) Berdasarkan profil kesehatan Indonesia tahun 2017, menyatakan AKI di Indonesia 305/100.000 KH. Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) dari Suvei Demografi dan Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) tahun 2017 yaitu 24/1.000 KH. Asuhan Kebidanan Komprehensif salah satu cara yang tepat untuk mendeteksi dini kelainan diharapkan mampu membantu penurunan AKI. Tujuan penulisan laporan tugas akhir ini adalah agar penulis dapat memahami dan mampu melaksanakan asuhan kebidanan komprehensif pada Ny.L 24 tahun di Praktik Mandiri Bidan A Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan laporan tugas akhir ini adalah laporan kasus dengan pendekatan manajemen kebidanan dan teknik pendokumentasian SOAP. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, pemeriksaan fisik, observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Hasil pengkajian diperoleh data Ny. L 24 tahun G1P0A0 dengan HPHT: 17 Mei 2019. TP: 24 Februari 2020, Data objektif didapatkan keadaan umum dan tanda-tanda vital adalah normal. Diperoleh data pada kunjungan rumah pada 6 hari didapatkan ibu dalam keadaan post partum blues dengan perilaku ibu menangis dan merasa tertekan, dan bayi mengalami ikterus patologis dimana bayi kekurangan ASI dan kurang terkenanya matahari. Sehingga dilakukan asuhan postpartum blues dan melibatkan keluarga dalam memberikan dukungan kepada ibu. Memberikan edukasi kepada kelurga agar tidak mengedepankan budaya dan kepercayaannya, lebih mengutamakan kesehatan dan pemenuhan kebutuhan ibu. Kunjungan 2 minggu ibu sudah membaik sudah tidak mengalami postpartum blues, pada bayi sudah dijemur setiap pagi dan diberi ASI yang cukup sehingga sudah dalam keadaan normal. Kesimpulan hasil pada asuhan kehamilan dan persalinan ibu dan bayi baik, namun pada masa nifas ibu mengalami komplikasi yaitu postpartum blues, sehingga dukungan keluarga sangat dibutuhkan dan dukungan pelayanan kesehatan sangat penting untuk menangani keadaan tersebut. Saran untuk profesi agar dapat mendeteksi dini dalam segala hal dan lebih memperhatikan asuhan komprehensif dari masa kehamilan sampai masa nifas dan terutama pada kunjungan rumah. VI CHAPTER, 107 pages, 10 attachments, 3 tables ABSTRACT Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) Based on Indonesia's health profile in 2017, stated MMR in Indonesia is 305 / 100,000 KH. Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) of the 2017 Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS) is 24 / 1,000 KH. Comprehensive Midwifery Care is one of the right ways to detect early abnormalities is expected to help reduce the MMR. The purpose of writing this thesis report is so that the writer can understand and be able to carry out comprehensive midwifery care to Mrs. L 24 years old in Midwife A Independent Practice at Bogor Regency. The method used in the preparation of this final project report is a case report with the obstetric management approach and SOAP documentation techniques. Collection techniques used were interviews, physical examination, observation, documentation studies, and literature studies. The results of the study obtained data Ny. M 24 year G1P0A0 with HPHT 17 May 2019. TP 24 February 2020, objective data obtained from general condition and vital signs are normal. At home visits on 6 days found mothers in a post partum blues state with the behavior of mothers crying and feeling depressed, and babies experiencing pathological jaundice in which the baby lacks milk and lack of sun exposure. So do postpartum blues care and involve the family in providing support to mothers. Providing education to families so as not to prioritize their culture and beliefs, prioritizing health and meeting the needs of mothers. Visit 2 weeks the mother has improved has not experienced postpartum blues, the baby is dried in the morning and given enough milk so that it is in a normal condition. Conclusions on maternal and neonatal care are good, but during the postpartum period mothers experience complications, namely postpartum blues, so family support is needed and support for health services is very important to deal with the situation. Suggestions for the profession to be able to detect early on everything and pay more attention to comprehensive care from pregnancy to the postnatal care and especially at home visits.
