Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in changes in various aspects of life, including learning. At the beginning of the pandemic, learning was conducted online and then gradually became limited face-to-face learning during the new normal era. The ability of high school students to adapt to learning in the new normal era is very necessary. The inability to adapt has an impact on adolescent health. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of adjustment of high school students to learning during the adaptation period of the new normal life as a detection effort to prevent adolescent health problems.This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative research. The population of this study were all high school students in one of the working areas of the Puskesmas in Bandung. The research sample was 363 students who were taken by proportional sampling with inclusion and exclusioncriteria. Data collection techniques by measuring the level of adjustment using a questionnaire. Validity and reliability tests were conducted on 30 respondents. The results of the validity test using the Pearson Product Moment correlation technique with the value of each item above 0.361 and the reliability test using Cronbach's alpha with a value of 0.948. Data analysis using univariate (frequency distribution and percentage).
