Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN PRE OPERASI FRAKTUR TERTUTUP DENGAN TINDAKAN KOMPRES DINGIN UNTUK MENURUNKAN INTENSITAS NYERI DI RSUD CIBABAT KOTA CIMAHI 2022 ABSTRAK vii, 106 hal., 5 Bab., 2 bagan., 1 tabel ., 2 Diagram., 12 lampiran Studi Kasus ini dilatar belakangi oleh banyaknya angka kejadian fraktur, Data WHO(2019) tercatat terjadi fraktur kurang lebih 15 juta orang. Angka kejadian fraktur di RSUD Cibabat pada tahun 2021 terdapat 267 pasien fraktur. Salah satu jenis fraktur yaitu fraktur tertutup, fraktur yang tidak disertai luka pada bagian luar permukaan kulit sehingga bagian tulang yang patah tidak berhubungan dengan bagian luar. Respon yang dialami oleh pasien fraktur yaitu nyeri. Nyeri dapat diatasi salah satunya dengan manajemen non farmakologi kompres dingin yang dapat membantu mengurangi rasa sakit, membantu proses penyembuhan jaringan, mengontrol pembengkakan. Studi kasus ini menggunakan desain studi kasus deskriptif tujuannya untuk melakukan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien pre operasi fraktur tertutup dengan tindakan kompres dingin untuk mengurangi intensitas nyeri, Dilakukan di RSUD Cibabat Kota Cimahi pada Bulan Juni 2022 menerapkan kompres dingin untuk mengurangi nyeri pada pasien pre operasi fraktur tertutup, pada pasien 1 mengalami penurunan dari 5 menjadi 3 (0-10), pada pasien 2 mengalami penurunan nyeri dari 3 menjadi 1 (0-10). Disimpulkan bahwa adanya penurunan intensitas nyeri setelah dilakukan tindakan. Rekomendasi bagi masyarakat, kompres dingin dapat dilakukan secara mandiri ketika mengalami nyeri, karena sangat mudah untuk dilakukan, namun untuk mengatasi nyeri tetap didampingi oleh medikasi sesuai dengan anjuran oleh dokter. One type of fracture is a closed fracture, a fracture that is not accompanied by a wound on the outer surface of the skin so that the broken bone is not in contact with the outside. The response experienced by fracture patients is pain. Pain can be overcome, one of which is by non-pharmacological management of cold compresses which can help reduce pain, help the tissue healing process, control swelling. This case study uses a descriptive case study design whose purpose is to provide nursing care to preoperative closed fracture patients with cold compresses to reduce pain intensity, Conducted at Cibabat Hospital, Cimahi City in June 2022 applying cold compresses to reduce pain in preoperative closed fracture patients. , in patient 1 experienced a decrease from 5 to 3 (0-10), in patient 2 experienced a decrease in pain from 3 to 1 (0-10). It was concluded that there was a decrease in pain intensity after the action. Recommendations for the community, cold compresses can be done independently when experiencing pain, because it is very easy to do, but to deal with pain still accompanied by medication as recommended by the doctor.
